WSI has a diversified and
dedicated group of employees with decades of experience. As with any company,
Wade Services Inc. understands the importance of a well trained workforce and
office staff. Some of our employees have been with the company since its
inception in 1981. Corporate Bio
WSI was started in 1981 by Allen Wade. The
oilfield industry was booming and had a need for equipment to support that.
So WSI designed and built its first Oil Field Fracture Gel Tank. (better
known in the industry as a Frac Tank). These tanks were so innovative that
WSI was able to obtain 2 US Patents for their design. WSI grew and acquired
new customers every year. In 1995 a slowdown in the oilfield industry
was looming and like any good planner Allen Wade predicted this slowdown and
decided that it was time to diversify his product line. So in 1996 he
purchased his first plasma arc burning machine. He then cut and built his
first flatbed trailer in his small welding shop in In 1998 business was good, so expansion came
to the small welding shop in Ellisville. 300 feet of length was added onto
the shop. With new trailers and new customers in their portfolio, WSI was
poised for even more growth. In 2005 WSI purchased a 250,000 square foot
facility to house all of this growth. With 2 new welding and assembly lines,
another plasma arc burning machine, new presses, shears and welding machines.

Recent Events
WSI has recently launched our new Aluminum Combo
line of flatbed trailers. These trailers pack aluminum performance with the
durability and strength of steel. Plenty of options available WSI has recently moved into a new facility. Our new plant has the
capacity for the production of eight Steel Drop Decks, Low Boys or Flatbed
trailers per day. WSI has installed a new
up draft paint booth. This state of the art paint booth along with our new
drying/curing oven provides the highest quality product available. |
